When I part exchanged my car in, i had left some items in the boot, but couldn’t get access at the time. When the boot lock was repaired, they kept my things aside and called me to let me know that they had managed to get them out of the car - there were some quite high value things in the boot, so I’m very grateful for their honesty. The car I bought offf of them is really nice too - thanks guys!

I really recommend this company as from start to finish I have received the up most highest and brilliant service. From the beginning they was easy to speak to showing myself high quality videos of what the car looked like, providing all the details needed. They included a drop off service and the car was brought to my house with some diesel remaining in the car. I would like to thank Alex and Yanny for making the purchase of my new car so easy.

I contacted Gemen Motors about a car I was interested in via part exchange and they asked me to bring my car in for evaluation. They offered a realistic part exchange price as part of a deal for a decent used car. Alex was a straight up guy, friendly, honest and helpful. Baring in mind it was also 30 degrees he even went to the shop to get me a cold drink. The car I purchased was as described and got me back to the Midlands with no issues. Would I recommend? Yes!
