I brought a gold tdi from this company, when buying this car I was scared to start of with as was getting it delivered from London to Cornwall with only doing a FaceTime call to see the car, they asked for full payment upfront which I was scared about doing but everything was okay they kept me updated about the car everyday after I paid, they also had it moted for me before delivery. The only thing was they told me the car was serviced before delivery but when I received the car it came up on dashboard a couple days later that the car needed service so I booked it in, also when I viewed the car over FaceTime the reverse light was on the dashboard Alex then told me that would be sorted before delivery which when I received the car it was there was no light on dashboard about it but when serviced in garage I was told that the light reverse light wires have burnt out and need replacing. Other than that I can not fault this company Alex was amazing customer service definitely recommend

Went to view a Mitsubishi shogun that was for sale. The dealer is a tiny little lot crammed full of cars so close you can barely move to look around any car you are viewing. The shogun I was viewing looked good in pictures and had MOT with no advisories, took 5 seconds of looking at car to find a hole in the rear sills rusted through. Be a guaranteed fail on any legit MOT which this clearly did not have, any decent dealer would have addressed this rather than trying to sell as is. Shady backstreet car flippers, don’t waste the time

What a terrible dealer. Drove nearly hour to get there and they were expecting me, to view 1 particular car. Asked the dealer if he knew any history of the car and his abrupt reply was why, what do you want to know. Car didn’t seem as straight as described and when we opened the doors the car was filthy inside and stank of smoke. Considering they had advanced notice of me coming no effort was made to make the car look respectable, not even a tidy up on the bodywork with a cloth. When I said to the guy this cars not for us, I asked if he had any others and again an abrupt no and no eye contact. If your not local don’t waste your fuel visiting this place.

I Brought an Audi A5 from Gemen motors and the car broke down on first day (dangerous fault car lost ALL power cutting out on a busy roundabout no brakes or steering couldn't restart car) which they did take back following week and fix but also brought up about false advertising as car was sold as serviced, TV, paddle shifts, upgraded mmi, parking plus sensor upgrade... Looking at car it has not been serviced (just oil light reset), no TV, no upgraded mmi, no paddle shifts and parking sensors wasn't working! I gave them the benefit of the doubt with the service and the TV, mmi, paddle shift but needed parking aid sorted which they said they would sort if I bought it back or if I can get a price to get it fixed in my town, I gave them a quote which was cheap they said go ahead and send them invoice and have now been ignored sent them loads of whatsaaps and texts and only response I got before Xmas was " I'm away" !! Have messaged after Xmas but still ignored! I think only reason the first fault was rectified as it was dangerous! I don't think I would buy from here again if they ignore customers like others have said so now out of pocket getting sensors fixed p.s the faults on ecu when plugged in was nuts, mechanic had never seen so many faults! so if you do buy from here buy a scan tool to plug in and fully check everything pps ecu was meant too be changed but wasn't just cleaned up wiring as faults was still on ecu when I got it back.. Great service from Alex from start to finish, bought a BMW 3 Series, delivered it from Luton to Aberdeen when he said he would. Was easy to deal with via whatsapp, plenty of videos and walkrounds of the car. 5 Star service 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We bought a car remotely which was a new and slightly scary process for us. Everything was as described and video’d by Alex. They fixed the windscreen before delivery. We were asked to do a bank transfer so we agreed to pay £100 by credit card and the rest by bank transfer. The car was delivered as promised and we have been pleased with it. The transfer of ownership went well and the new documents arrived within a week. All very positive
