Sold dangerous car to disabled pensioner & haven’t refunded after 7 weeks!

They sold me a dangerous Mazda 6 with too many faults to list. It was so bad they didn’t dare to drive it back when they collected it 7 weeks ago to put it right. After a few weeks they said they can’t fix the issues so I’d get a full refund. Strangely they said it takes 14 working days for the refund to go through. It’s now day 15 (working days of course) and I’ve still not been refunded!So I’ve been without a car for 7 weeks now & as a person living on PIP & ESA I can’t afford to buy another car without the money refunded. They’ve ignored all my messages, emails and my telephone calls.

Sadly not impressed, they owe me money...

I really hoped not to have to write this review, other reviews are glowing with praise, but I sent a £200 deposit at their request for them to hold a car for us to view, they then messaged to say their 'card machine was broken' so we would not be able to use a card to purchase the car (their website/adverts clearly state they take 'All Major Cards'). I prefer to use a credit card for large purchases due to the extra buyer protection, so I stated we would have to decline to proceed further, they asked for my bank details to return the deposit (twice now), however it has now been 2 months and I still have not received the deposit back, despite promises made, and I will now have no choice but to commence legal action to recover my money, with interest.I am very disappointed that this dealer has not refunded the money, as was promised on more than once occasion, I did warn over 10 days ago that I would leave negative reviews and commence legal action, and received no response to that warning, so here we are, I have been extremely patient.

Disabled carer left without a car for 6 weeks

Sold me a dangerously faulty car. Nearly 3 weeks ago they tried to repair it. It’s too expensive to fix, so full refund offered. Great right?No! It’s going to take them another 3 weeks to send my money back, even though it took one minute for the money to go from my account to theirs.

Sold a DANGEROUS car - yet it passed an MOT?!

Bought a Mazda6 recently. It shakes dangerously under gentle acceleration, and even worse when braking. Yet amazingly it passed its MOT with no mention of previous faults in the last 2 MOTs. Now I have a braking and engine warning light on my dash. I’ve just seen in the reviews that there are other cars that were sold with clear MOTs, which when inspected actually failed. It will also only get 39 miles per gallon on a motorway when figures say about 75! Something is very wrong with this car. However, they’ve been saying they’ll fix it, so if they do I’ll change this review once the work is completed. For now, please have your car professionally checked before you buy it. I’ll definitely never buy remotely again.

Amazing customer service Alex and his team are fantastic, I brought my first car from here (Golf mk6) they kept my updated with everything going on as I live down in Cornwall and they delivered it without a problem, did a video call of the car before i purchased it and they were happy doing that for me, they also serviced the car before they started the journey down to Cornwall had the car over a year now and it’s fantastic. Definitely recommend

Not worth the stress

Purchased a car in August, paid my deposit on the day of viewing. Went to collect 2 days later and was told my deposit hadn’t gone through and wouldn’t let me have the car unless I paid another £200. I was told I’d get a refund as my credit card confirmed they’d received the deposit from them. It’s November now and no one responds to my messages! I’ve opened a dispute with my credit card company also but will be taking further action. I feel like I was taken advantage of as was just me and my 2 year old at the dealership. Very unprofessional to take advantage of a woman for the sake of £200 however it’s money I need seeing as I’ve had to outlay money for repairs.

Very helpful I order over the phone the car I paid in full and the next day I had my car delivered to the house 🏠 which is very honestly dealership they send me full video around the car which they show me everything and I was so excited about the car 🚗 I will highly appreciate it and recommend to everyone who don’t have time to visit them Alex is was so helpful to provide me everything and get the delivery slot for the next day of delivery very fast delivery which very hard to found dealership next day delivery

Poor service. Was wanting to view a car he said he would sort the next day. I called in the morning as I was still waiting and he then sold it to someone else. Had a lucky escape seeing these reviews about how poor the cars real condition really is. DONT NOT BUY FROM HERE!!
