Very Poor Customer Service. Car did not arrive when it should have and no communication from Gemen. Car was delivered over a week late. Didn’t even have the decency to wash it and was absolutlely disgusting. Shows their lack of professionalism. Did not call back when said would. Non existent communication of updates unless I chased.Overall very poor service from Gemen.

Living in Leeds and buying a Car unseen from Luton is worrying and stressful for anyone. But I had no need to worry, from first contact Alex was brilliant, answering any (and there was many) questions, even though the website pictures were clear and plenty, Alex was happy to send a video and all the service history details. Happy to proceed the car was paid for and delivered 150 miles the next day at a reasonable cost. The car arrived as good as we hoped for and we are delighted.
